About Us

PRM Foods & Marketing Sdn Bhd was incorporated on September 22, 1994 with a private limited status owned by 100% Bumiputera. PRM involved in manufacturing sector with the main business activity being processing rice and various types of flour. The PRM Company has been in the business arena for almost 30 years.
Now PRM has successfully dominated rice market in the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia comprising retail chain, wholesaler, hypermarket and 1,218 of supermarket chain. PRM also plans to achieve the dream of becoming a halal-based bumiputera producer through its rice sales activities. PRM has set up its first subsidiary, PRM Rice Vermicelli (M) Sdn Bhd to allign with the dream. The demand for vermicelli noodle in the local market is very encouraging.
The use of crushed rice, which is derived from rice processing by PRM Foods & Marketing Sdn Bhd, as the main ingredient in production is value adding to rice mill project. In addition to their plans and dreams, PRM wish to explore for a wider range of distribution networks for the East Coast market.
Hence, a second subsidiary company was established; Kilang Padi Bukit Kor Sdn Bhd. The company aims to implement rice mill production and rice production. The development of this factory was 100% supplied to meet the demand of its parent company, PRM Foods & Marketing Sdn Bhd.


Background Managing Director

Tuan Haji Ramle bin Muda was born on November 25, 1959. He, who has only a school certificate, has started his first small business in 1990. His position as Chairman and Managing Director PRM Foods is the “key player” in succeeding the administration and business of PRM.
Tuan Haji Ramle has 23 years of experience in the business arena and has extensive exposure to rice processing activities as well as packing of various flour products and noodles.
He also has strong vision and commitment to make PRM a leader in Halal food factory, which is recognized as the largest producer of rice and noodles, with superior quality assurance as well as enhancing efficiency of productivity and more effective service.
